  • Four recent passport size colour photographs (not older than 3 months)
  • Original valid Photo-ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, DL, PAN, Passport, University/ College ID, Employer ID (Govt/ PSU), Ex-Serviceman Discharge Book, or any Govt issued photo ID).
